So… Why’d I create cbttherapydepression.com ?  

Well… I have suffered with panic attacks for 5 years and all the counseling, medication and books I have purchased within the 5 years just masked the fear, never eliminated it for good. Until I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Painc Away e-book.  

And… Who am I?

 My name’s Vivian Berry and I myself feel very lucky as Panic Away was the first book I read. It really helps to read about all the facts and knowing that there is no real danger when panic arises.  

I Hope with people using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a type of therapy which is action-oriented, short-term, and practical. It is a powerful tool for addressing depression, stress, relationship or identity issues, family problems, fears, or traumatic memories.
